First record of Trichosalpinx egleri (Pabst) Luer (Orchidaceae) in the Amazonas State, (Brazil) and identification key to the Amazonian species of the genus Trichosalpinx Luer

Abstract

This article aims to expand the geographic distribution of Trichosalpinx egleri which so far has occurred in the states of Acre and Pará, this is the first record of this species for the Amazonas state. An identification key is provided to the species of the genus occurring in Amazonas State.
