Abstract

This study aimed to describe the fruits and seed morphometry and analyze testa micromorphology ofJusticia scheidweileri V.A.W. Graham (Acanthaceae). The material was collected from cultivated plants and analyzed following biometrical and morphological parameters. The biometrical values of fruits and seeds showed low variability among them, their morphological features are discussed. Considerations about this features and relevance are outlined to the study of the genus.
